Arguement on Facebook!

Sorry guys it's been so long since I have been on here. Been really busy with school and thanksgiving and christmas and everything else you could think of but anywho, if any of you are from Texas you will probably know what Im talking about. Robert Griffin 3rd from Waco, Tx (Baylor University) is one of 3 finalists for the heisman trophy this year. Well thats all fine and dandy but Waco city council decided to give him a day named after him! So they posted it on fb and of course me being the arguer that I am, I got on there and pretty much said I thought it was stupid and that they went way to far with it. You know not everyone felt the same way as I did so began the arguing lol. People are like praising this boy for all this. Are you kidding me?? People are that stupid?? I didn't think it was possible. So I get back on there and say that in my opnion people who serve in the military deserve awards like this not football players and they argue with me. It's actually getting kinda funny now! Just thought I would vent and see what everyone else thinks. Do you think he deserves a day named after him or is it too much??

Waco, Texas? I suggest they have a David Koresh day. Personally, I think my birthday should be declared a national holiday.

No a football player shouldnt have a day named after him. I mean for gods sake, football is totally gay anyway. Think about it - whats the whole game consist of - give a white dude the ball and then 11 negros will jump on him to try to take it away. They roll around in a big old pole , then get up , have a group hug, and pat each others butts... The whole idea is to get into the other guys tight end, or their wide reciever, or whatever it takes to spike one into their end zone.... Thats not a sport thats a prison riot. Totally gay.

See now if I had a son I would want him to be a figure skater. Think about it - they zoom around on ice at breakneck speed, maneuvering like a fighter pilot, two ginsu knives strapped to their feet - carrying a hot chick in a short skirt over their head.... Figure skating is a MANLY sport.

What's funny is when I watched Top Gun for the first time, I left the theater saying. "Oh man, that was SO Gay."

Val Kilmer's character is the one that struck me most at displaying those gay undertones.

Personally, I prefer An Officer and A Gentleman for my Naval Aviator movie. "Only two things come out of Oklahoma. Steers and queers."

Yeah Top Gun is NOTHING like the real thing - it was VERY gay. Its actually kind of sad how they butchered the whole story. See Fighter Weapons School is not the place where they send "the top 1%" to go compete against each other for a trophy and a chance to be an instructor. Fighter Weapons School is actually an instructor development program - a "train the trainer" that they try to get people from every squadron through. Its not a question of "win the trophy and get to stay here as an instructor." Its a "go there - learn enemy tactics, and then go back to your squadron to fly like a Russian against the other pilots un your squadron so they can be exposed to Eastern Block tactics" thing. There is no "trophy". LOL

The other thing that got me was all the radio chatter. "Yeee ha iceman, ive got him. Im coming around! Hes mine! Ive got tone! Good Tone! Im taking the shot! Roger Engage! Im taking the shot! Hes mine! Break hard right, come on come on come on YES! One more second! Good tone!!!!!!!!!! Ive got radar lock! " WHAT THE FUCK? Real radio calls were more like "Grey Eagle, Rustler Two Two Feet Dry" upon making landfall, and then "Grey Eagle, Rustler Two Two, Feet Wet" after the mission was done and we were back over water. In the interim, it was "Darkstar Judy Judy" (Shut the fuck up! All that radio chatter does nothing but let them triangulate your position...) Ideally, we wanted them to know we had arrived by having 22,000 pounds of explosives raining down on them... LOL

As for the whole "play volleyball and give each other massages" thing. We chased skirts! I remember six of us on opposite air wings rented a beach house. it was like "the jersey shore house with more booze and hotter sluts...
